Perfect

While perfect may be a stretch,

I will agree I'm one hell of a catch, 

I guarantee I will be sweet, 

A loving care that won't retreat. 

I'll hug you when you're in need, 

And to make you smile I will succeed,  

This beautiful stranger

Words simply can't explain, 
The complexity in which I feel. 
No words to describe, 
What I saw in that smile.

There is emotion In her eyes, 
Emotion I've yet to perceive. 
There is something on her mind,
That I feel hovering in mine.

I find myself thinking, 
What it would feel like hand in hand.
The warmth that I might find, 
With her arms entangled with mine.

I don't know what it was, 
I saw when I first laid eyes. 
Something that stuck her in my thoughts, 
Her beauty so devine.

I wonder who she is, 
I ponder what she's like. 
I'm curious what she'd think of me,
The gentle I am inside.

There is a sweetness to her visage,
A tenderness in her homage.
But it's what's staring back from those eyes,
I can't keep off my mind.

Life's too short to live up to everyone's standard,

 break the mold, take chances,

 don't live to make others happy, 

but yourself

. You are who matters. 

Never stop being yourself. 

You'd be surprised how much happier you can be,

 when you let go of all the bullshit and start living in,

Just because the stars aren't shining, 

doesn't make a night any less beautiful than it should be.

 The same goes for a person.

 Just because your hairs a mess,

 or your in sweats and a t.

 You're still as beautiful as ever.

 Because beauty isn't what is seen,

 but what is felt.

 The hottest person on the planet,

 can still make you feel sick inside. 

What makes you beautiful may not be what others think,

 but what the right person feels.

 without changing a thing or trying.

the details they escape me,

but I know that I was scared,

the first thing I remember,

trying to re balance,

panic settles in,

I hunch down as low as I can go,

My eyes they close,

my hands they clamp down tight, 

my body tense as steel,

my helmet strikes the road, 

as Im dragged across the asphalt,

scraping skin and bone,

sounds of steel scraping,

sturdy plastic breaking,

bending the road sign as I smack

the sounds of catastrophe halt, 

catapulted from my perch,

tumbling like a rock,

the worlds spinning ceasing, 

the blood spread abound,

consciousness slowly retracing,

the pain setting in,

cutting deep as knives,
my motorcycle totaled

but thankful Im alive ,
